Returns

Since most products are customized, we do not accept returns unless:

• Wrong product received
• Manufacturing defect
• Printing or embroidery error caused by Chhapkaari
• Damaged product received

Return Request

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number and bill copy
• Photos of the product
• Tag shouls not be removed for the product
• Description of the issue

Refund

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Products customized with customer-approved designs cannot be returned or exchanged due to size preference, color choice, or change of mind.
